Weather Sat Update!

Yeah I've moved onto HRPT at around 1.6/1.7 GHz and the results are wayy nicer

the next few goals are: Trying to capture a Geostationary Satellite, Getting a bigger dish (2-3m prob), and Getting meteosat raw data!
